Who it's for

For people juggling a lot of things to do.

Students, freelancers, small teams: Prior is for anyone with too many tabs, lists and reminders scattered around.

The original idea hasn't changed: capture fast, decide what matters, and see your day at a glance, without a cluttered interface.

Importance and urgency

The Eisenhower matrix, at the heart of Prior.

Every task is placed by two questions: is it important? is it urgent?

Important and urgent gets done now. Important but not urgent gets planned. Urgent but minor gets delegated or handled quickly. The rest can wait.

Data and account. Data is stored on the device, then synced across devices through a Prior account (email and password, or Google). Prior starts free in the browser; the Prior AI assistant is included with the Pro plan.
